Your organization can produce more innovative outcomes by paying special attention to Three Arenas of Innovation: Education, Application, and Environment.  The DuPont Center for Creativity and Innovation formulated this model to guide their program development that was geared to help the company increase its level of results from innovation.  Strength in all three arenas characterizes innovative organizations.  The larger the area of overlap, the greater the likelihood of innovative outcomes.
