Summary:
Using the metaphor of a strong stone wall to simulate innovation teams, the individuals may be likened to stones in the wall, while the interaction between members may be likened to the cement holding the stones in a productive framework. This article describes one method of looking at team member interactions to increase teamwork so that innovative output will increase.
