Prerequisites for Facilitators

The facilitator must have experienced BLI as a participant at least once to be familiar with the process.  The facilitator's line management should support the certification for that individual and should allow (expect) the person to assist with BLI workshops after the certification.  In addition, our experience has shown that several characteristics help guarantee highly effective facilitators of the BLI process.   We recommend you select candidates having many of the following characteristics:

(1) Strong personal desire
(2) Good interpersonal skills
(3) High energy & enthusiasm
(4) Extroverted Behavior
(5) Experience facilitating groups
