Your creativity style determines what jobs you prefer. This presentation brings a breakthrough level of self-awareness so that you see clearly your own personal preferences for work and for life, and you will learn the principles of partnering with someone whose style is different from your own to enhance job performance. The message that every style brings high value is driven home with examples so that everyone leaves with the knowledge that they bring a valuable style of problem-solving to the organization. This presentation requires that participants first complete a short 33-item questionnaire which is scored well before the presentation, and individual feedback is presented during the presentation.
